The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Within multifamily, Class B & C provides one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to the imbalance between the strong and growing demand and limited new supply of these units.

Dan is a Managing Partner of MDR Capital Partners, a privately held investment firm, focused on the acquisition and operations of B and C-class multifamily assets.
Dan is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. As a Realtor and Broker, Dan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in negotiating deals for his investor clients. Throughout his career, he has helped countless individuals and companies navigate the complex world of real estate, making smart investments and maximizing returns.
Dan is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of service and is always looking for new opportunities to help them succeed.
Larissa Raymer
Managing Partner
Larissa is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. After several years of success as a residential realtor, Larissa transitioned to multifamily real estate, where she now works as an asset manager.
In her current role, Larissa is responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that each property meets or exceeds performance objectives.
Larissa's success in real estate is due in large part to her passion for the industry and her dedication to providing exceptional service to her clients. She is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
