The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Dan is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. As a Realtor and Broker, Dan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in negotiating deals for his investor clients. Throughout his career, he has helped countless individuals and companies navigate the complex world of real estate, making smart investments and maximizing returns.
Dan is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of service and is always looking for new opportunities to help them succeed.
Michael Raymer
Managing Partner
Michael is an accomplished professional with over ten years of experience in the investment services industry. Michael has ventured into the multifamily investing space as it offers promising prospects for long-term growth.
Prior to his career in the investment industry, Michael also served in the United States Air Force conducting intelligence operations. As a result, he brings invaluable leadership skills, discipline, and attention to detail to his work.
